For the safety of our guests and neighborhood, please note that we have surveillance cameras and noise monitoring system on the property. The surveillance cameras are all located on the exterior of the house. House protected by noise aware located both indoors and outdoors. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. Note: this does not record audio just noise. We will check to confirm amount of registered guests via Front Facing and Ring Doorbell Cameras during check-in.
