The surveillance cameras are all located on the exterior of the house. House protected by noise aware located both indoors and outdoors. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. Note: this does not record audio just noise. We will check to confirm amount of registered guests via Front Facing and Ring Doorbell Cameras during check-in. Smart home hubs with digital assistant in Kitchen and Master Bedroom for your convenience. Smart clocks in other bedrooms. Cast your music and media to these devices anytime you want. Great accommodations and very spacious. Close to the local town as well as the Yosemite National Park gate. Sam was very responsive and proactive, although we didn’t really need to reach out because everything worked out well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great location, very easy to find with navigation, and the surroundings are quiet with beautiful scenery. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything you might need. The EV charger was a huge plus, allowing us to head into the mountains with a full charge. It’s also only about an hour’s drive from Yosemite’s south entrance, which was very convenient.

Our stay in Oakhurst was amazing! The location was perfect — so close to Yosemite and convenient to everything we needed. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean, comfortable, and felt like the perfect home away from home. We even got to see deer and wild turkeys during our stay, which made the trip feel extra special. It was an ideal spot for a family traveling with dogs, and we would absolutely love to return in the future!

Sam and his place was great for our trip to Yosemite! Location was perfect for us just 20 minutes away from the entrance and close to Oakhurst with many places to eat and explore in the evening. The house was big and had plenty of space for our family to enjoy. The game room was amazing for our toddler as well.

Nice place to stay for my family of 4. Plenty of room, very clean, everything worked as advertised. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again if we are ever in the area.
