For the safety of our guests and neighborhood, please note that we have surveillance cameras and noise monitoring system on the property. The surveillance cameras are all located on the exterior of the house. House protected by noise aware located both indoors and outdoors. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. Note: this does not record audio just noise. We will check to confirm amount of registered guests via Front Facing and Ring Doorbell Cameras during check-in. Smart home hubs with digital assistant in Kitchen and Master Bedroom for your convenience. Smart clocks in other bedrooms. Cast your music and media to these devices anytime you want. These devices are not recording any audio or video. If you have any reservations, you can unplug them. Please note: - No smoking, vaping, or 420 indoors. - Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted. - Parties or events are strictly prohibited. - Prior consent is required for any filming or commercial use. - For liability reasons, package deliveries to the home are not allowed. Please arrange delivery to a nearby pick-up center or post office.
