For the safety of our guests and neighborhood, please note that we have surveillance cameras and noise monitoring system on the property. The surveillance cameras are all located on the exterior of the house. House protected by noise aware located both indoors and outdoors. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. Note: this does not record audio just noise. We will check to confirm amount of registered guests via Front Facing and Ring Doorbell Cameras during check-in. Smart home hubs with digital assistant in Kitchen and Master Bedroom for your convenience. Smart clocks in other bedrooms. Cast your music and media to these devices anytime you want. Sam was beyond welcoming and kind. The house was clean and easy to maintain while staying. Beautiful location and peaceful. This bnb was a nice rest and all of the wildlife was amazing to see. I’d definitely recommend. <3

We had a wonderful and comfortable one-week stay! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The bedsheets and linens were of good quality, and the host was very responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience — would definitely recommend!

It was an amazing & roomy house. We had plans to visit Yosemite which was a quick 30 minute drive. The house had a spectacular view we saw deer and turkeys! Highly recommend staying here. There was AC but it just takes a while to figure it out.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Sam’s place. The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a nice quiet and private area. We were very close to Yosemite National Park which was great for us. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for a peaceful vacation. The home was super clean and had literally everything you need to feel at home from towels to toothbrushes. The beds were comfortable and the game room is a nice way to pass some down time. Close to Yosemite and downtown oakhurst. We even saw deer, wild turkeys, quail and a weasel right outside the home. It was the best airbnb we have ever stayed it and we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is even nicer in person than in the photos – very cozy, clean, and well kept. We even saw deer in the garden, which was such a nice surprise. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any messages. The kitchen and overall equipment of the house were great and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again!

We had such a wonderful stay in Oakhurst! The views from the property were absolutely stunning — waking up to the mountains each morning was a dream. The hot tub was a highlight, especially in the evenings after a day of exploring. We even spotted some deer right from the back porch, which added a magical touch to the whole experience. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire space felt peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, this is the place. We’d love to come back!

I placed a reservation for this location for 7 people and we all had more than enough space to lounge, hangout and eat throughout our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the 2 bathrooms allowed us to not have to wait to get ready. We loved seeing the wildlife outside and appreciated how quiet it was compared to the city. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we needed. We had a very good time here.
