Large 3 acre property with room to roam and nice views. The house has been recently remodeled and has 4 large bedrooms all with queen size beds. The garage has been converted to a game room with mini split climate control and also has a queen bed. 3 full size bathrooms. Fully appointment kitchen. Laundry machines.

Truly had a wonderful stay, the house was fantastic and in such an idealic location, incredibly peaceful and was great getting a visit from the wild deers in the back yard. Highly recommend

Great location! Just a 5-minute drive to the main shopping hub and restaurants in Oakhurst. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to cook a good amount of meals during our stay. Additional amenities like the EV charger, hot tub, and game room are all functional and well maintained. The home is nicely set up for hosting larger groups. The garage has been converted into a game room with a bed, AC, and space heater. Since it’s separate from the other bedrooms, guests can hang out and play without disturbing those who are sleeping.

Sam's place was incredible, the game room is a great add to have and we had a great time while there. A very comfortable place and we saw a few deer and wild turkeys in the surrounding area.

Place was exactly as described. Beautiful area. House was clean, no issues to report. Some reviews mention ants, would advise not leaving any open food out. Ants are quick with any open food out, but that is to be expected due to the area you are staying in. Outside patio had a nice view and plenty of seating. Saw a lot of deer roaming the area. Peaceful and quiet area. Lots of things to see and do in the area. Would stay again.
