Great place to stay at a private location with a beautiful view. Lots of space for our party of 8 to spread out. Love hanging out at the Jacuzzi under the stars.

The house was so beautiful. Amazing as the pictures made it look, they didn’t do it justice. Hot tub on the back patio overlooking a large backyard. It was great vibes grilling out there and plenty of space. Everything was very clean and it was a conveniently short drive to the nearby town, bass lake, and Yosemite.

This was a GREAT place to stay while we visited Yosemite! Plenty of space for us and our three grown kids (18, 20, 22), and such a beautiful outdoor space! We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub as well! The home was super clean, and had everything we could need. There were plenty of linens, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and small appliances. We will visit again!

Enjoyed the place a lot, very spacious. Lots of cool amenities like the game room, basketball court, hot tub/deck with a nice view, that made the stay stand out from other places. And as for basic essentials, they had everything covered-- shower toiletries, laundry, sheets and towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, etc. I don't have much critique to give, really. I did think that it could have been nice to also have a TV in the living room, but I wouldn't say that there was any inconvenience that took away from our time there. If you have a big group looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay, this might be as good as it gets!

The view, star gazing from the hot tub, the spacious home that made us feel right at home… it was all perfect. Hope to be back again to this special place.

Sam's place was perfect for our group of 3 families including a toddler. The house was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The separate area with the pool table and games was a hit, and the hot tub was really wonderful for soaking post-hiking. The house is close to the South Gate of Yosemite but still well over an hour to the valley, so early starts were essential, but the privacy of the house after a long day made it well worth it. The location is perfect for restaurants and getting groceries. Would highly recommend if you want a peaceful and spacious retreat.

We stayed at Sam’s place for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is wonderfully private and secluded—ideal for a peaceful getaway—yet still conveniently located as a central hub for exploring Yosemite National Park. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions and no micro-managing, which made things really comfortable from the start. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with full amenities—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. One of the highlights was the back deck and hot tub. It had a fantastic view and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring. Sam was a great host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated Yosemite getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place. Any questions that we had, Sam was very responsive to getting back to us helping us out with anything we needed. The place was gorgeous even better than what I had seen in the photos. Definitely would recommend staying here. The hot tub, and the views of a mountain was a bonus and very relaxing after hiking all morning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
