Our almost-new home boasts high ceilings and stunning views from most rooms, offering a spacious and tranquil living space. Whether you're lounging in the living room or enjoying a restful night's sleep in one of the bedrooms, you'll love the peaceful ambiance and modern amenities that our home provides.

Outdoor Fire: Exercise caution with fire due to recent wildfires in the area. Ensure fire is completely out when unattended. ###### Pool and Hot Tub Usage: Please supervise children at all times near the pool and hot tub. No diving in the pool due to shallow depth. Use handrails when entering/exiting and be cautious of slippery surfaces. Do not bring glassware or food into the pool or hot tub area. ####### Winter: Yosemite is a magical experience, and our property offers easy access to all the snowy fun. Snow tire chains are not typically required to reach the property. For skiing and snowshoeing, head to Badger Pass Ski Area in Yosemite, just 45 miles (1 hour and 15 minutes) away from the property. Or, take advantage of the public transit available at Mariposa Park & Ride station, which offers a Blue route through YARTS and is just 21 miles (27 minutes) from our property. Whether you choose to hit the slopes or explore Yosemite's winter wonderland, our property is the perfect home base for your winter adventure.
